The Covid-19 pandemic, which has lasted a long time, requires organizations to adapt in running their organizational work programs. BEM FISIP Universitas Brawijaya 2020 experienced it, the members be adaptive pandemic situation. Changes organizations' ways occur implementing programs, coordination, and bonding activities between that must carried out online. Adoption of communication technology is one solutions applied by organizations. Some previous research explained situation makes individuals have subjective experiences response pandemic. Using an interpretive paradigm phenomenology, present seeks explain what management experience during study also aims obstacles are how overcome organization's results revealed advantages disadvantages organization found constraints; however, they face Another finding there different carrying who suppose introverts or extroverts.
